I am a senior citizen and I needed my special vehicle picked up and dropped off at a repair facility. I totally relied on this vehicle. Allied towing is a life saver. The owner, dispatcher and rig driver went way beyond what they needed to do to help me. Very fast service also. I highly recommend them.

Last night, tow truck driver, Edwin, arrived promptly in response to my AAA call for car stuck in parking lot, engine not starting. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond in assuring my situation was handled to my satisfaction. After jump starting my battery, he noticed my gas was low. Concerned my battery might die again, he followed me to gas station and even pumped my gas. Then he followed me home to assure car was ok and advised me to have battery checked for likely replacement. Give that man a raise!

Toyota’s rarely breakdown. Mine had a small issue and decided the 15 in Victorville was the perfect place to stop. I called AAA and they connected me with Allied towing. I was quoted 45 minutes for them to get to me. I was in a safer space on an exit ramp so the towie could hopefully not get unalived while recovering me.
Juan the tow truck driver showed up in about 20 minutes (25 minutes early). It was hot as hell yesterday so him getting there promptly was a huge win. He quickly and professionally did everything and got us off the side of the road. He then safely dropped my sad sick Toyota exactly in the spot where it needed to go to be repaired.
100% would recommend Allied if you need their services. 5 stars.
